Terms of Service

Welcome to PixDeep (“PixDeep”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using pixdeep.com and any related tools or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

PixDeep provides online tools for processing images, video and audio files, including AI-powered features such as enhancement, background removal, translation, speech recognition and more. Files are processed in your browser and on our servers. Uploaded and processed files are automatically and permanently deleted within seven (7) days of upload.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Some tools consume credits. Credits may be granted free of charge (for example, at sign-up) or purchased through our website. Payments are processed on our behalf by an authorized merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction.

Credits are a prepaid license to use the corresponding features of the Service, are personal to your account, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Refunds for purchased credits are handled according to our Refund Policy.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• process content you do not own or have the necessary rights to, including copyrighted material, or to remove watermarks or rights management information from content you do not own;
• create, upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that exploits or harms minors;
• generate, upload or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic or NSFW content — including AI-generated sexual imagery, “nudify” transformations and non-consensual intimate imagery;
• create misleading deepfakes, unauthorized face swaps of real people, or content intended to deceive, impersonate or harass;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent usage limits, or access the Service through automated means without our written permission.

These rules are set out in more detail in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, where required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.

To keep the Service safe, prompts and inputs submitted to generative features are screened by automated content moderation systems. Prompts that violate these rules are blocked, may be logged for abuse prevention, and repeated attempts to circumvent moderation may result in account suspension.

You retain all rights to the files you upload (“User Content”). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process it solely as necessary to provide the features you request — including transmitting it to third-party processing providers acting on our behalf. We claim no ownership over your User Content or the output generated for you.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and the outputs you generate, and for ensuring you have all required rights and permissions.

The Service itself — including software, design, branding and original content — is owned by PixDeep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PROCESSING RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. ALWAYS REVIEW GENERATED OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXDEEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
